Opportunity: Valentine’s Day is February 14th; The third anniversary of Governor Wolf’s declaration of a moratorium on executions is February 13th. We can link those dates together for an unusual way to show our support for repeal of the death penalty.
How: Send some love via Valentine’s Day greetings while simultaneously calling for an end to the death penalty in our state. Instructions are below.
Impact: Last year, the Honorable Representative Chris Rabb received one of our Valentine’s Day cards from a constituent. That card led to him introducing a death penalty repeal bill in the State House of Representatives. Here’s “Rep Rabb” sharing the story.
