Pennsylvania State Rep Frank Ryan, Republican prime co-sponsor of the bill to end capital punishment in Pennsylvania; Death row exoneree and Director of Witness to Innocence, Kirk Bloodsworth, and Vicki and Syl Schieber, whose daughter Shannon was raped and murdered in Philadelphia.
